Full refund
You get a full refund if:
- the property number isn’t found in the National Registry; or
- the registry report isn’t delivered on time (Delivered within 2 hours (business days)).
Wrong number
If the number is found but it’s the wrong property, email us at hello@lindero.ai within 24 hours and we’ll run the correct one free.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal.
