1. What we provide
Lindero AI ([Company legal name]) prepares information reports about Costa Rica real estate, based on public records of the National Registry for the property number you give us. Reports are written with the help of software, including AI, and reviewed by us before delivery.
2. Information only, not advice
The registry report is for information only. It is not legal, financial, tax or real estate advice and does not replace a title study or an attorney. Always use an attorney before you sign or pay.
3. What is not covered
Physical inspection, zoning and permits, water and electricity availability, municipal taxes owed, environmental restrictions, and anything not recorded in the registry.
4. Prices and payment
Price: Property Report ($20). Paid in advance through PayPal (card or PayPal balance). The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
5. Delivery and refunds
Registry report: Delivered within 2 hours (business days). See our Refund Policy.
6. Accounts
You can buy without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password safe. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
